Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market, and corporate roles
- Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking
- Build strong, qualified talent pipelines
- Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership on hiring strategy
- Screen candidates and drive interview processes efficiently
- Manage offers, negotiations, and candidate closing
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Track and manage candidate pipelines using our ATS (Workable)
This role requires proactive sourcing not just managing inbound applicants.
HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure completion of employee documentation, including I-9 and compliance requirements
- Experienced maintain detailed and accurate employee records and HR systems
- Support employee relations and employee inquiries
- Assist with benefits administration and People programs
- Conduct orientation and onboarding
- Help support performance management and employee lifecycle processes
- Contribute to building scalable HR processes as we grow
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to operate independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience recruiting engineering, data science, and technical roles
- Degree in Human Resources or HR certification preferred
- Experience supporting HR Generalist responsibilities
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Workable preferred)
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or startup environments
- Proven experience hiring high volume 50 + technical hires per year
